My 5 Favorite Episodes Of The Office.
Conflict Resolution (221): Some many reasons why this is my favorite but mainly it was an episode that really embraced the entire cast and aired out all the things we had come to expect from the show - Jim’s pranks, Michael’s awfulness, Pam’s engagement, Angela being Angela - and somehow made them more enjoyable.
Dinner Party (409): Jan, Jan, Jan a thousand times Jan and Michael’s destructive relationship. Also, this was one of the rare truly awkward episodes reminiscent of season’s cringe-worthy moments but in a good way.
The Dundies (201): After a bumpy first season, the show returned with tons of ammo - giving us all the Michael Scott we could hate and giving us the first truly sweet moment between Jim and Pam.
A Benihana Christmas (310): The war of the Christmas parties bonded Karen and Pam much to Jim’s dismay. We got to see the Party Planning Committee fully explode and the first glimpse of Ed Helms’ amazing talent.
Basketball (105): The first time we saw the true potential of this show.
BONUS: Goodbye, Michael (722): Michael Scott’s departure from the show was amazing because you could finally appreciate how fully realized his character was and something more than Ricky Gervais was ever able to do with his Brit version of the office manager.
